1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 5mwb, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is between you and 5mwb, the operator of the website at 5mwb.best.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use the 5mwb platform. Continued use after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We'll notify players of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 5mwb. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or the same device – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any bonus funds. If you've lost access to an existing account, contact support rather than opening a new one.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 5mwb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without payout of any funds.

KYC Verification

As part of our compliance obligations, 5mwb conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5mwb accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name – using someone else's GCash account or bank card is not permitted.

Deposits are credited to your 5mwb wallet in real time for most payment methods. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. 5mwb does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may have their own charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches the details on your 5mwb account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, and most go through within a few hours during business days. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually settle the same day. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. For first-time withdrawals or amounts above ₱50,000, additional identity verification may be required before processing.

Currency

All transactions on 5mwb are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). There are no currency conversion requirements for Philippine-based players. If a payment is made from an account denominated in another currency, the conversion is handled by your payment provider and 5mwb receives the peso equivalent.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonus funds come with a wagering requirement, which is the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or misrepresenting eligibility – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to account closure.

Refer a Friend

Referral rewards are credited to your account after your referred friend makes their qualifying first deposit. The qualifying deposit threshold and per-referral reward amounts are set out in the Refer a Friend program terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Attempting to generate fraudulent referrals through fake accounts is treated as bonus abuse.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on 5mwb operate on certified random number generators (RNG) or use live dealer technology with real-time streaming. The published return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game are accurate representations of long-term expected returns. 5mwb does not adjust game outcomes based on individual player accounts or betting history.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical fault during gameplay – such as a disconnection mid-hand in poker or a slot spin that fails to complete – 5mwb's system logs are used to determine the outcome. If a bet was placed and a result was generated before the disconnection, that result stands. Malfunction Policy

10. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including referral fraud

5mwb actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Players found to be in violation will have their accounts reviewed and may be suspended while the investigation is ongoing. Any decision to permanently close an account will be communicated to the player in writing.

8. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Termination

You may close your 5mwb account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to a verified payment method in your name, provided all KYC requirements are met and no pending investigations are open.

5mwb may close or suspend your account at any time if:

• Fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed

• The account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months (dormancy policy)
• You have requested self-exclusion

In cases of account closure due to a violation, 5mwb reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any balance due will be returned.
